Golfing and Southern Dunes Attractions
The house overlooks the second fairway of the Southern Dunes Golf and Country
Club, an award-winning course designed by Steve Smyers. Par
72, 7227 yards, with 180 bunkers to challenge you. There's a complete
pro shop, lessons, driving range, and the clubhouse serves breakfast
and lunch 7 days a week, and dinners on some weekend days.
There's also a children's playground, tennis courts, and community
pools, or take a leisurely stroll (or power walk) around the quiet
neighborhood.
