Here's our current pricing schedule. All prices are in US Dollars.

Season	Dates	Rate	Notes
All Year	January 1 - December 31	$700/week	Minimum stay 4-nights

Deposit on application: $150/week or 25% of total stay.
Balance due 8 weeks before arrival date.
$250 Refundable security deposit required on application.
$50 Cleaning fee on stays less than 4 nights.
Pool heat (recommended in winter months) is $20/night (+tax) additional charge.

Special rates may be available for longer-term rentals.
